Spray the cleaner on the vents, and then turn the air conditioner up to full blast. The air recycler should also be turned on. To get rid of the unpleasant odors, let the system run for around 15 minutes. 

Leather Seats with Smoke Smell

Leather seats are more delicate than regular cloth upholstery. The leather seats may be affected by the cigarette smell and can become difficult to clean.

You can use these home remedies to get rid of the smoke smell in your car.

1. Vinegar for Whites

You will see white vinegar in most household cleaning recipe. It is inexpensive and contains acetic acids, which makes it great for eliminating odors. 

White vinegar can be poured into a large bowl or cup, and left in your car overnight. The cigarette smell will be significantly lessened when you return to your car in the morning. It can be used to remove some surfaces. 

2. Baking Soda

If you want to remove smells in your home, it’s common to use baking soda. Because the powder is very absorbent, it can be used to remove odors from your home.

To remove odors from cars, you can use baking soda. Spread some powder on carpeted areas and upholstery. It should sit for at least a couple of minutes before being vacuumed up. 

3. Charcoal

7. Cat Litter

Good old cat litter is the final solution to home problems. The cat litter can be used to absorb any oil that is left in your driveway. However, it also has the ability to take out cigarette and other odors. 

Leave some cat litter in a small bowl in the car for a couple of days. Repeat the procedure with new litter if necessary to eliminate stubborn smells.
